Yes you heard right. Seven... This to make the community happy when the game gets releases based on own wishes.
Hi guys, I know this doesnt have much to do with WaW, but since IW forums are all about cod4/mw2, i thought we should get some ideas for cod7 to make the game much better. I AM NOT ASSOCIATED WITH TREYARCH OR IW! Please post your answers to the below questions if you want to help give some ideas!
1. Which engine do you want? Cod,Cod2,Cod4 or a new game engine.
2. What period do you want it to be in? Do you want WWII, Vietnam, Modern, or some other time period.
3. What weapons do you want to be in the game? If WWII, do you want more flamethrowers than just the M2(in otherwords a flamethrower class option) this includes how far it can shoot fire, how much damage it is able to do etc.(flamethrowers in WWII include:flammenwerfer 35/42, eintossenflammenwerfer which didnt have a backpack, ROTS-2/3 russian flamethrowers, M1/M2 US flamethrowers, Type 93/100 Japan flamethrowers). what other weapons do you want to be able to use in any war/period?
4. should fire-based weapons do more damage? Once you are on fire you cannot use any weapon and you will be like the soldiers you torch on single-player.
5. Do you want perks?
6. What attachments do you want?  |

| Posted 2009-02-02 18:18 (82 weeks ago) The thing is, when they release (and I say 'when' with confidence) CoD7, it will undoubtely use a new or current CoD4-engine. Meaning it will not be the same sense of gameplay as is in CoD2. And therefore it will be crap. |

| Posted 2009-03-30 08:11 (74 weeks ago) Now when Modern Warfare becomes a own series of game I doubt any COD game isnt worth the money, since Treyarch most certainly will keep release the Call of Duty series.
And comparing COD2 and COD4 have always been stupid, as the only thing that binds them together is the name.
Perks doesnt effect competitive gaming, so if that makes the pub players happy, why not? I just hope they spend their budget on developing a good game, rather than coming up with new cool perks. |

| Posted 2009-07-01 00:54 (61 weeks ago) cod2 is past move on ppl dont get me wrong I loved cod2 but i prefer cod4. I think "cod7" should have cod4 engine with modern weapons and just hope they come up with some kool maps. |
