USERAGREEMENT

To participate at dailyGAMERS ("dG") online community, you must accept our useragreement .
You acknowledge in your use of dG that you have read, understood and could execute the agreements that apply specifically to you. By accepting the agreement granting you permission to receive information relevant to its membership.

Virusprotection
It is the user's responsibility to update virus protection/software on the PC. dG is not responsible for any documents that may contain virus.

Useraccount
dG reserves the right with discretion to terminate a user's permission to use the Community at dG. If your user permission ends, you can contact the admins of the community. Admins, in turn, determines whether the request will be processed.

Passwords and Security
You select a password at signup. You are responsible for the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You are responsible for promptly notify dG on any unauthorized use of your password or account made.

E-post
As a user, you take responsibility for your e-mail address and you can decide if you want the address to be visible or not.

User Conduct

You acknowledge that dG and its admins have the right to remove anything that violates the rules and user agreement.

Uploading of i.e. photos
dG refrain from the right to use any user uploaded images in any commercial purposes, such as advertising.
Uploading member are responsible for the content of the pictures, and that it does not violate dG's rules concerning images. Ownership of the images, shall be in possession of the uploader.

Indemnification
You acknowledge that dG is free from all and any kind of possible damage.

Damage and Loss
dG is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of dailyGAMERS.eu
You understand and agree to

1. Your use of dG is your own responsibility
2. Any material downloaded or otherwise use on dG made with your own discretion.
3. dG has the right to terminate your user permission
4. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account
5. You are responsible for your own e-mail address
6. Have read and understood dG´s user-/siterules

General information
This user agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and dailyGAMERS and govern your use of the Community of dG. The Community of dG to be used with respect.
